DIMA -- domain interaction map

Welcome to DIMA2.1

DIMA is a Domain Interaction MAp and aims at becoming a comprehensive resource for functional and physical interactions among conserved protein-domains. The scope of the resource comprises both experimental data and computational predictions. Several methods and datasets have been integrated, already and inclusion of others is under way.

DIMA2.1 is hosted by the Department of Genome oriented Bioinformatics at the Technische Universität München, Germany. We have updated DIMA with a new version 3.0 (September 2010). Click here if you want to visit the update version.


We do not impose restrictions on the use of this resource or the data generated by it. You may freely use the results for both academic and commercial purposes, as long as you cite the source properly. However, some of the data sources, algorithms or tools we use in DIMA may have more restrictive terms of use.
